Why use a honeycomb dehumidifier
Plastic products have become substandard or defective, mostly due to insufficient dehumidification and drying of the plastic before molding, especially for highly hygroscopic plastics such as PET, PA, PMMA, PBT, etc. Practice has shown that reducing the dew point of the drying air to below -40 ℃ and controlling the heat to blow over the surface of the wet plastic particles can reduce its moisture content to below 0.02% before molding.
